We were lucky with the weather overcast & a bit windy but the track was great Thank you to the members for scraping the leaves off
We only had 3 races in 3 rounds to Club Handicap but the racing was great & results very close.
We also had many trials & new comers are showing great promise and improving at each meeting.
It was Satin Stars first race meeting to be included in the progame and he showed great promise.
Three other dogs passed there clearing trials & will be included in the racing next meeting & they are Bella, Izzie & sorry Dave do not know your Blue bitches name
Also thank you all for putting the track up & taking it down at the end of the meeting it makes it so much easier .
Our next meeting is 20th November which is a Trophy meeting for The Presidents Silver Salver which was first run in 1983 and won by The Flea.
It is to be run over 3 distances and 3 handicaps, 100yds Scratch, 150yrs 1/2yd per lb, and 175 yds per lb on a points system
Dog with the most points is the winner
