Have just been ringing round Committee members and we have decided to CANCEL the meeting for this sunday, our Christmus get to gether because of the weather
At the present time it is snowing in Newmarket, and the weather forecast is Snow Saturday -5 & Sunday freezing fog -5
I think this is the 1st time our Xmas meeting has not taken place
Next meeting is 16th January with the AGM. Will post further information in due course.
We have had some sad news about former racers & friends :-
Ron & Peggy Draper who raced at Stanborough & Oxford have passed away, there dogs being Tom & Jerry and
George & Dee Osbornes daughter Pauline who also used to race at Stanborough has also passed away at the age of 56yrs
Her dogs I recall was My Blue Star & Bambie
Our thoughts are with there families
