East anglian whippet racing club 9th february meeting

We were all keeping our fingers crossed for the weather and we were extremely lucky with sunshine but cold strong winds but humans & dogs were pleased to be out.

At the AGM it was passed by the members that they wanted Handicap Racing & not 1/2 or 1yd per LB racing . It was agreed that we would have 2 Trophy meetings in the next year, so this meeting was to Rays Handicap.

There was some very close races & the results do not give the true picture. Thankfully I was not on the line. Well done lines people.

We also had 14 dogs trialing in between the rounds so not a long rest between racing.

We were pleased to see the Ingley gang and hope you had a good run home.

Sally's Jingle 's is coming on a bundle & also Rebecca's Moley suprised us and hopefully it has now clicked , We do not give up on a dog at EA
