Tell me I'm not alone in receiving barking, raving emails......

I've obviously upset an ebay customer...because a listing went wrong-which i thought I'd adequately/correctly altered-

But this man is still not very happy-email/essay no 8/9 came this evening-

He's lost nothing-After I realised a mistake had been made I quickly refunded him-we are talking £4-00 here. :b

(more than i've had in the past-I lost £150-00 buying a link-some years ago) :clown:

2 blokes had bidded/won 1 item-I thought it only fair to relist...I refunded them both immediately...relisted for 1 day to save any more lost time...

1 of the 2 won it the 2nd time-he's happy/ok with the transaction...

I dabble in ebay for a bit of fun-I'm not a pro-

God why do folk take life so seriously.....?

Up to this-I had 100% and frequently called a super duper ebayer-Lol

Now I've gota Godzilla like/Mouth frothing maniac threatening to do his worst-

I've been most polite in my replies to him

Karen

 report him to Ebay

i sell stuff now and then on there, i sold a bridle (for a horse) i listed it at £2 as a well worn item but ideal for use on a young horse, for breaking it in ect....anyway, the bidder felt they paid to much at £8. as i explaned they did the bidding and i didnt force them to continue bidding

i had emails from her telling me her dad was in CID (w00t) pmsl....said he would arrest me

i reported her to ebay, and they sorted her out ;)

people like this really put a downer on Ebay, ive run into a couple of idiots on there, that spoil it

Tanya, list and unpaid item dispute, then at least you will get your selling fees back. Damn people make you sick - good thing there are plenty of good ones on there too

Tanya email her again and give her another 24 hours, then lodge NPB dispute and make sure she gets a strike. When selling make sure that you have your preferences set to block buyers with 2 or more NPB strikes.

Also contact the second highest bidder, explain what is going on and ask if they will be interested if this sale falls through. But do not actually promise anything to the second person until the dispute is processed, make sure that they understand you need to give the 1st person about 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Psycho man keeps threatening to leave the feedback-I deserve (w00t) !

but hasn't done it yet???

What could his plan be?

Is there a number of days/limit when feedback can be left then a cut off point?

I'm thinking maybe he will do his worst right at the very last moment-so I can't reply?

Can you tell he's getting to me?

He has 60 days to leave FB. I am not sure if the time your right to respond also expires. I looked at my FB and I can still respond to FB from last July.

Does he send his abusive messages through eBay messages or just email? If they are eBay messages there is a REPORT button on them. if he is threatening by email you can do 2 things;

1- go to eBay Live Help and ask if you can send them the email header to take action on him. They would make him NARU and he would not be able to leave you FB

2- send his email with the header to his IP (abuse@his IP provider) and they will cancel his account :)

hi

you diff should forward the e-mails on to ebay, like that is just not right that you should have to deal with him when you have been so honest with him.

if he is sending them by private email try and put them as junk mail.
