Completed it - though I think a lot of people will struggle with editing a pdf. And now I have to work out how to attach it to my post...

I think that worked - but a lot of people aren't going to be able to edit pdfs, or at least easily. And posting them in posts means that they're not confidential. If it's not easy to respond, most people just won't bother. But good luck!

Jack started two posts.... Judy replied to this one and Madmurphy and yourself replied to the other. Need to merge them but I can't quite remember how to do it.... Mr Technical is away tonight!
