Hi all,
I'm looking for some business advice. I currently run a dog walking company (The Dog House, Watford), and I'm at the stage where I now need to employ a part time staff member to cover all of our bookings.
I would love to hear your experiences and what you found to be the best approach. I understand that each business and therefore each situation is different, but I am looking for as much insight as possible as to what I should consider. The main areas I would appreciate feedback on are payment arrangements and the "extras" that I should be aware of i.e. National Insurance payments, holiday entitlement etc.
