just a warning to dog owners in rhondda cynon taff area . dog warden asked me to let people know that the scum are working our area stealing dogs . was told earlier by a lady had a pup off me that 2 men stopped her husband asking if the dogs work . he told them that they both rescues , little white lie , and they drove off . so just keep extra special care of your jukels . all the best .. andy 67
