Dog Pimple??

Hello Everyone!

My rescue pooch had got a small, pimple like bump on his lip.

I first noticed it on Friday and have been checking it every so often since. Today, although it looks the same, it seems to painful to touch and my dog is pulling away if he thinks im going to examine it.

I’m an anxious soul, so just want some reassurance it is a pimple or maybe a small abscess?

I’ve told myself I’d leave it a few more days before going vets, unless it’s rapidly grows are is causing him obvious discomfort.

Any help would be lovely.

Could be a little abscess or even a bite from something, I’d get it checked out if it’s painful for him.

Maybe a sting? There are still wasps around. But if it grows get to the vet. Abscesses are nasty and can even lead to blood poisoning.

Hello

Pretty much the morning after it was considerable smaller and then after a week it’s disappeared. My guess is it was just a spot like humans get. My wish in life is that my dog could just tell me what’s
