Dog off his food

i have a 18month year old American Bulldog who usually devours his food no problem but hes not really seeming

that interested in it right now.

He does have an ear problem (a lesion in his ear that is being removed at the vets imminently,would this maybe be the reason

or could it be weather related?

How is he now? has he eaten yet? It could be a huge number of reasons I'm afraid, I hope he has eaten by the time I saw your post and that he is back to his normal self.
