Dog Harness or Aid

Does anyone know of a harness or aid or something which will help
me with a fairly large dog which pulls a lot when on the lead. I am
finding it quite a strain to go for very long walks.

Harnesses with a ring on the chest for the lead can help - the Mekuti gets good reviews. You ould also try a walking belt so you are using your body weight to balance the pull. However, training not to pull is the best solution - the videos below are excellent (the second link is to a series of videos which is why the link displays differently).
