Dog carrier

Does anybody know of a dog carrier that I could use when out walking with my medium sized dog (small spaniel).

He is getting rather old now and cannot cope with long walks, and yet I want to still take him with me.

I know that you can get carriers for small dogs, but I need one for a slightly larger dog.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Carrying even a small dog might get a bit tiresome after a short distance..........you could perhaps look at some of the pram/baby buggy type dog carriers available?
