Does This Come Under Rescue?

I came across this ad recently. Didn't know whether it came under rescue heading or not. Apologies if not.

Unfortunately there are always loads of greyhounds on these sorts of sites and in the local free ads.

It would be great to think that rescues could step in and offer them places, but sadly there are so many greyhounds and lurchers in desperate situations in local pounds or with trainers/owners who won't hold onto them once they are no use to them that there's not much chance. At least this dog is *probably* safe and with an owner who is making some attempt to rehome him. I just hope he ends up in good hands
