Does Anyone Use Vitamin B6 And If So, Which One?

Why would you give B6 Sadie?

Er... to boost the nervous system to encourage calmness. Apparently the inclusion of this Vit tops up any shortfall in the diet. The diet regime suggested recommends the B Vit alone not mixed with other B components. See my other post on feeding protein and carbs separately for more info.
