Haha Ive seen them here but most contain of lot of things Murphy cant eat..
However my son in law works at a local pet store and all the doggies put their bowl down for St Nicolaas to leave a gift and I know that Murphy has a special venison chew treat in his bowl... ssshhh dont tell him!

No - I don't know about other dogs, but if I gave Jasper an extra treat for no reason for 24 days on the trot, he'd be very upset when they stopped happening and think the world was about to end.

Just give it in place of any other treat....

Which would make it pointless from the dog's point of view and a waste of packaging. Unless, of course, you're doing it for your own benefit - which is fine, though personally I'd prefer an advent calendar with chocolate or pretty pictures!

I felt I'd failed as a mum when my children couldn't see the point of advent calendars with pretty pictures in and wanted chocolate ones instead. I still have an advent calendar from when I was about ten and it still makes me feel Christmassy.

Slightly off track but my daughter and I used to buy the silly kids advent calenders you see in shops . That way we had a choclate treat every day during December without adding too much sugar to our diet or too much weight to our hips.

Of course Misty has one ;)

Hahaha, love it! How spoilt Dennis is! :D I didn't even get one advent calendar!
No, Rox has never had one.
