Discolouring on dogs mouth?

I'm not sure if this is just the pigments of my dogs skin, does anyone know what these skin coloured spots are on my pups mouth? Unsure whether i should check with the vets. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It's very hard to tell without feeling the discoloured parts. Is there any swelling for example. As you are concerned I would recommend going to the vet then your mind will be put at rest.

Yes, they could be trauma type sores or a skin infection or a lump developing. Best to get them checked out by a vet.
