Dark Nights!!!

Right im peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed off!!!

Dark nights, getting up in the dark, going home in the dark!! Ive been working longer hours this past week or so

and its all..................

mud, mud and more mud :wacko: , then trying to clean the mud off in the DARK!!!! :rant: :rant:

The other half is complaining cos the dogs r trashing our garden!!!....... what am i supposed to do when currently ive only been at home..... IN THE DARK!!!

might buy lil miners lamps for us all! dogs n horses too :thumbsup:

its never got me down this time of year, infact i normaly like the cozyness of it.

but this last week its done nothing but drizzle..... :unsure: , the fields are a right mess, horses dont even want to go out, but they dont want to be in! then the dogs come home absolutley caked in mud, so then they have to stay in there kennel and dry instead of being all cozy and having cuddles in the house.

Im just really fed up

No its not just you, I am really depressed and generally peed off at the moment :angry: And I normally don't mind this time of year either. Probably doesn't help that I'm having a really crap time of it in my job at the moment - I just wanna leave :rant: :rant: :rant:

I was out with the dog this morning - in the dark! - when it started peeing it down, they both looked at me as if it was all my fault, so I marched them home - ungrateful whippets :lol:

I'm fed up with all the dakness and rain too . In the summer I love to get up about 5am and get out with the dogs and I never see a soul . Now I have to go out later and I see people all of whom look as miserable as me .

I'm sick of cleaning off all the mud from 5 dogs and washing their coats all the time too .

i dont mind it getting dark early, but im home all day so can make sure the woofer is walked before dark...........i do however HATE this time of year cos my wooden floors are always dirty.............i cleaned all through the house this morning then the horrid dog went out for a pee then ran through the house the long way round and then up the stairs :angry: :angry:

and my garden is a mess :angry:

I've managed to keep my fields at home in one piece because the horses are still turned out up the lane in the farm fields but I've got to bring them back soon - especially Horace who is 6 months old today and needs to be weaned (w00t)

Heaven only knows what is going to happen to the fields when a looney 6mth old TB colt arrives on them :blink:

I've gave up trying to keep the house clean years ago :lol: ......... it only gets dirty again :- " :thumbsup:

Yes sick of walking roung the fields in mud glorious mud.. :angry: my legs are aching from wearing my Hunter wellies all the time lately...sinking in the mud

and rubbing filthy dogs legs down after every walk.

Yes I hate dark nights too...no lovely evening walks in daylight. :angry: No wonder we all feel a bit grumpy...

all weve seen lately is rain rain and more bloody rain...
