On the news again-dog fighting etc....
Not the dogs fault-It's the owners......Send owners on a dog training programme-
Not workable they say-Yes I agree with that.
Dog licences- had these before....not workable they say....
Do as in America- All dogs must be on a lead-except in dog exercising areas-(sounds good to me)
If caught not off a lead and causing problems-fine the owner if you can find/catch them-take away dog-destroy if necessary? workable?
Yes-maybe....loads of dog wardens on the streets/why not?-cheaper than police-picking them up.
All dogs once born to be chipped and on a leash......???
Random checks-if not chipped...... owners fined/dogs taken away-destroyed if necessary????
Whatever the answer-the dog gets the raw deal? the irresponsible owner pleads poverty/+ and will most likely get off lightly...human rights.
Many dog breeds have no role in our society-they are mere killers-phase them out/ban them....not workable they say......?????
