Heres a pic of Daisy and me,having a bonding session this afternoon. We have had a few problems, but things are getting better.

It is very hard to be stern with her,but she is learning my new ground rules quickly. She has been out chasing squirrels this afternoon, she is a brilliant hunter, and a true Sighthound.

Glad to hear you are working through her problems and things are getting better.

They do think they are lapdogs don't they William loves to sit on his dad's knee Button is happy just to sit next to him.

We are often saying that we need a shrinking machine, she thinks shes a little whippet. When she bounds in and jumps on your knee, well, lets just say,it takes your breath away!!

Daisy is a lucky girl to have you, Amanda :)

It was lovely to meet you both at Enstone and good luck with her - it looks as though things are on the up already

I am so glad you are coping, I could strangle my lot some times!!!!

I have heard that greyhounds start to calm down when they reach age 2, so fingers crossed for you.

Yes,thats what we have been told, just have 2 months then!!I could strangle mine, well one of them,in turn, most days!!

Daisy cleared off after something today, and would she come back. I pretended to walk off,she soon belted back to me.She is the worse hunter out of my lot.Its all she wants to do.Rabbits squirrels etc.

We still have a way to go,but things are noticably calmer.

Thanks for the kind words.
