Connor's Lass has developed a cough over the course of the day, having never had a dog we are not sure if it is KENNEL COUGH but we would advise anyone that was racing at HORDEN OPEN 28th June or MANTON CLUB tues 24th June to keep an eye on their dogs just in case. We have not heard of dogs in the local area getting cough but we are precautious all the same.

Just though we would inform you all just in case, will phone the vets in the morning to get their expert opinion ...

Take care and good luck with your dogs Fleesh XxX

Thank you Fleesh for that info. Very thoughtful. Hope it isn't kennel cough. Take care.

Karen ???

sorry to hear your whippet is not well fleesh, i hope she soon recovers........Pat :(

Hi Fleesh,

Hope Kerri is o.k.

Just to let you know as far as i am am aware no other reports of cough at Manton . Dogs who have been running here all seem ok at moment so hopefully its not been picked up in our area.

Hope she soon be well and back racing.

Karen

I am not sure how long it takes for the dogs to start coughing from first picking the virus up. I dont think any one around our area (MANTON that is)has the cough at the moment thank goodness........ hope she makes a speedy recovery ........ :D

Glad to hear no dog at Manton has come down with the cough. Kerri is getting a little better now, thinking back i have a feeling she caught it from the pup but where the pup got it is a mystery :( . Kerri should be well enough to go out pretty soon but it means we miss the Scotland holiday  . Oh well at least you don't all have to be put through another year of my dancing :b .
