Cooked Beef for 15 Week Puppy ?

Am I OK to give cooked beef as a treat inside a Kong to Blue who is 15 weeks old please ?

I got some cooked sliced beef from Tesco, tore up a slice and stuffed it into his Kong. He's having a great time with it.
