Are you after live or lure coursing?.
I run a lure coursing group for Kennel Club registerd whippets, theres no membership very few rules, the main one being common sense.

Theres no Open competition available in the North of England for hare coursing with whippets or any other type of running dogs to be hounest.
There is a Club in the North Of England and i'm sure they will send you a personal e/mail about it.
