Comp Trouble

Im having a right old time of it here, i have a prog running, HELPSERVICE.EXE

my processor is at 100% not good, i can shut it down in task manager, but it keeps kickin back in, has anyone else got this,

i think its some sort of malware virus that sends information to other computers on the network / internet. do you have antivirus software?

Thank you, and yes i have anti virus which i update and run daily, im sure ive read somewhere that there is a fix for this prog within microsoft, i will work on it,

my OH says run spybot.exe freely downloadable from the net, (best antiviris prog there is) if that doesnt work google the process, if theres a fix it should tell you.

he says it sounds like an irc bot (which means someone else is controlling your pc)

I have spybot Katie, it finds nothing, but thank you and hubby :cheers:

Actually, its HELPSVC.EXE, Author Microsoft, part of Microsoft help centre, now sorted.
