Close Call

on Wednesday night i took kitt up the club

we always walk back along the canal

which we have been doing for weeks only ever met the odd dog

thought i would have a drink as it was hot so put the loop of lead on my wrist

while drinking this rabbit shot out right in front of us kitt took off after it

straight towards a lock i shouted leave and he stopped right on the edge of the lock then returned to me

as you can imagine by this time im crying shaking like a leaf kitt just sat at my feet wondering why im crying

and the poor chap in the lock wondering what was going on above his head

think i will be giving the canal a miss for a while

thought i would share hopefully get it out of my head

I think half the terror is the speed they go and just not knowing if they can stop in time, glad it turned out ok :thumbsup:

Glad you are o.k. Tina. You were lucky, I know none of mine would have come back till they got the rabbit. !!!
