We are planning to hold a Clicker training day, hopefully on Saturday 19th May, and probably at the Dogs Trust centre at Harefield, nr Uxbridge, Middx (just waiting to hear on availability so will update ASAP)
It will be open to all Whippets, and IGs, and any related breeds, whatever their level of training, and we are aiming to give an introduction to training with the clicker. Some amazing results can be achieved, not just in obedience, but also for the showring, tricks etc! :thumbsup:
Sarah Shepherd will be our trainer, and the cost will be approximately £5 per person. We will be providing tea, coffee and lunches for all taking part.
Please let me know if you are interested in attending. Hopefully we can build the Obedience Section back up to what it once was, where we held regular training days, demonstrations etc.
I will let you all know definite date, venue etc as soon as it is finalised, but just wanted to get an idea of numbers.
