She is a lovely bitch with smashing owners. Well done.

:D For the BOB Dawn, you will have to look under the heading "talking of Black pup" :D

Thank you so much!! That's my baby (I guess not a baby any more). I'm sooo pleased at how she's doing so far ths year. She has really come together this past few months and that win yesterday just made my weekend. I was down and out with a chest infection the early part of the week and that was my first day back out in the world again!!

Thank you!

Wendy

ps - Thanks BJ for your nice comments - meant to put that in the previous post, but had a brain freeze!! Are you going to be anywhere that we'll meet up soon? We're at Houndshow, B'mouth and then probably South West Whippet?

Wendy

Well done Savannah & Wendy! What a lovely win.

Dessie, I hear you had a wonderful puppy winner too! Not that Gladly and I are biassed of course! :D

Wow fantastic, congrats to Wendy and Savvy and also to Caroline and Panda!

Shame I missed the show - who was the puppy winner??

Can't remember the proper name, but it was Jill Sanford's Fawn Bitch Thalia, who you met (and won) at the match a couple of weeks back.

She was look REALLY nice on Saturday. I think she went on to Puppy Group 4 as well.

I met one of the other pups on Sunday - again a very nice little girl. Vanna, are they by Gladly then? I hadn't realised, though I should have when she was talking about showing them to you etc.

Wendy

:D Vanna...........I know Dessie was going to post the pic of the puppy winner on here as well............but sadly my David Bailey bit went to pot on the puppy class............but I'm sure she will still post it if everyone wants to see it :D

And yes, Wendy........she did go on to group 4 :D

Wendy,

Yes, they are by Gladly. This was the infamous mating that happened after Mum and Liz had had a minor car accident, and had to stay over another day. This meant that Gladly and Honey were trying to do their stuff my tiny kitchen, while 16 other whippets listened in from other parts of the house, occasionally commenting on the proceedings! :0

Millie,

If you do have a picture I'd love to see it. Last time I saw the 2 girls they were only 15 weeks, and Jill was trying to decide which to keep. I couldn't really help her as they both seemed to have a lot to like, but were rather different from each other. I think the decision was finally made by Jill's daughter - she had fallen for Talia, so that was the one she kept. I'm dying to see them again. Gladly only has one other child shown, and that one can't get to very many shows.

I will post the puppy winner but have to do it from the home pc and I doubt that it will be today as I have to take my very adventurous kitten to Vitnary for his first innoculation this arvo and then pick up husband from the airport ....... all this in between exercising the hounds!! Busy, busy!!!

Both the BOB and BP got Group 4 and they were very strong groups, so I was chuffed!

And now, the moment you have all been waiting for ..........

a pic of the puppy winner, Erinnis Midnight Spirit. Sorry it is not as good as t'others but you just can't get the staff these days!

Thanks Dessie! Pity Gladly is at home and can't see her. He'll just have to wait!
