Wow, this is a minefield . So many breeders and so difficult to nail down the genuine ones. As soon as I think I’ve found one I come across a negative review suggestions puppy farming or unscrupulous breeders!

I struggle to buy anything these days because of negative reviews!
It's probably harder with 'designer dogs' than pedigrees - is there any particular reason you chose this cross? Cavaliers have some pretty serious health issues, and these could still appear in a cross. You would want to know that both parents have had full health testing according to the known traits for their breed.

Maybe I'm being pedantic, but not checks - proper tests are needed.
Why not just look for a bichon? You could probably source a well bred one far more easily.
