Can I ask about peoples experience with a particular breeder

There is a breeder that i am about to pay a deposit to for a puppy in a few months. I was just wondering if it was against the rules to ask about others experiences with particular breeders here??

I think it might be a bit risky if anyone had something bad to say about a particular breeder. What about saying what breed it is and then you could exchange personal messages?

Perfect. I just want to know that the person i would like to buy a pup from is a good breeder that looks after his dogs etc. The breeder breeds Red Toy poodles and is based in the Yorkshire region. If anyone knows of any in that region, please let me know so we can discuss thanks.
