Calf-licks

A short time ago I believe there was a thread on calf- licks. How can I recapture that thread?. Would calf-licks, which I believe mainly occur on the neck, have an effect on a whippet in the show ring? Thanking you show people, Kindest regards, Stephen

Thank you Wendy. Just had a litter on Christmas Eve of 7, 3 dogs 4 bitches 2 of which have tiny calf- licks or cow-licks. One very small dog died. It would therefore appear that should we select a couple of bitches to run on we can ignore calf-licks. Stephen

From what I remember from that thread it wasn't a big deal and there were a LOT more out there than I'd realised (the only one I'd seen to that point was one of Jax's - Libbee I think).
