Greetings all coursers. Today East Anglian Whippet Country Club held their penultimate meeting of this season in the splendid surroundings of Holkham Park Norfolk by kind permission of the Earl of Leicester. Runners competed for two stakes and the competition was extremely fierce with some incredibly good dogs on the card. I am overwhelmed and suitably sheepish as I announce that my borntorun won the lot (w00t) Bramble won the Stableyard Trophy Championship accounting for Jigsaw of Knoyle, Surrey Hills the Witching Hour and Banatay Bolly in some close contests.

Zorro won the Kizzy Trophy beating my other bitch Moss (the great Saucey Madam) in the final.

A marvellous day with excellent coursing in the company of lovely people.

Thanks Mark and Paula. Those Spryers are are now running scared :blink: They are prob. on the road as I write, thinking of ways of avoiding another one of Lampy's lessons (w00t) (w00t) . Not much fun in being a Spryer at the minute :lol: .

I've put all our rosettes on the wall opposite where Lesley will sit with the one bearing the legend Champion Whippet 2006/2007 stuck right in the middle We're in for some fun Parkstoners :thumbsup:
