Boarding Licence

Could anyone give me some advice on the written procedures needed for the home boarding licence please. They seem to want so much information I'm just feeling overwhelmed.

It does differ from council ...your local council should be able to provide all of the relevant information expected of you ...and you will need good insurance. .
