and many thanks to my lovely husband Graham who had a nightmare journey. It took him 8 hours to get to Holyhead, two hours too late for the ferry, :b so had to catch the 3.00 am one and then drive up to Belfast on his own because they were slow unloading and he missed going with our friends. I think I would have given up once I realised I had missed the ferry :0 but he is obviously made of sterner stuff!

And thanks for all your congrats, needless to say I am absolutely chuffed to pieces, a dream come true ..................... now I would love to make one up that I have bred myself

Thanks Joe. Thrilled is a slight understatement!!! Dessie Whippet is the best dog I will ever own but Ronan comes very close, he is very special and the apple of my eye!

He is my first Whippet champion although we have two ESS champions as well (but they are officially owned by Graham!) and the dog from Dessie's first litter is a Norwegian Champion.

My beautiful, clever, special lad arrived home yesterday evening ............... he has had SO MANY hugs and kisses (which is more than can be said for Graham LOL).

It's funny ................... he doesn't LOOK any different now that he's a Champion!

Still, I don't suppose he even cares as long as he is fed and exercised!!

Yeah, he's a good ol' stick!! Not only that but he incorporated it into a business trip so got the travelling paid for, so he's not daft either! But hence why I couldn't give my clever lad a big hug and a kiss until Tuesday!!!
