OH and Sophie (12) her best friend, Tessa (terrified of heights) her sister , Eve(daredevil ) and dad (big kid like all dads) completed the Go Ape course 40 ft high up in the pine trees in Delamere Forest today, tarzan swings, zip wires etc, I'm really proud of them all, I just couldn't do it, I'd be glued to the first tree :- " (w00t)
