Hi everyone, I'm new so please bear with me. I read on a discussion site somewhere (I cant' find it now) about 8 in 1 sweet breath Tablets that are supposed to be really good for bad breath. I can only find them in the states, does anyone know if I can get hold of them in the United Kingdom. Would appreciate any help

I give my dogs garlic tablets too - these are supposed to help with the breath smell (if you like garlic) I havnt had a problem with bad breath yet - maybe someone else will come up with a good tip. Are the dogs teeth kept clean - what is its diet - lots of things could contribute to bad breath.

OK, don't all groan at once :D but have you had the dog's teeth checked over by your vet? Often bad breath is due to dental or gum disease, which may need treatment before the problem can be resolved.

How old is the dog? And what do you feed? It maybe also sign of some other problem. I once lost a young Borzoi from kidney failure, the first indication that something was not right was her bad breath.

I won't groan. Max had bad breath. Like a lot of people we thought it was normal for him to have doggie breath :x . Had the offending teeth removed and the difference it made was enormous. That was two years ago. These days neither of my dogs have any breath odor and if they did I would have it checked out.
