Hallo,I am Markella from Greece,I have three dogs now,in the past it was four. All these dogs were dogs that they were abandoned at the roads.I collectedd them and I have them now around me.I love them very much.Recently,Mpoumpis(Greek shepherd)had a problem with his nose(blood). We took him, from my house which is near the sea and brought him,in Athens to a very good clinic for dogs. They said me,after blood tests.that it has erlichia plus babesia. His clinical condition is very good, but his blood tests,no.They proposed me to do euthanasia to him
This is so hard for me.I have this dog six years now,Mpoumpis is so young.Thank you.

Hi, my heart goes out to you, this must be very hard news to digest...maybe talk to your vet again, if your dog is showing no other clinical symptoms at the moment and is 'well' and happy, give yourself some time to come to terms with things..sometimes we have to make the hardest decisions, but remember they come from a place of love..
