Avatar problem

Some of you may have noticed some peoples Avatars are missing. This is a problem with the new server - it seems to have corrupted a few of the Avatar files.

The hosting company are trying to resolve the problem. If the corruption only affects these Avatars then there is no major cause for concern. If however other files have become corrupted then you may notice other inconsistencies. If your Avatar is affected it's probably best just to leave it set as it is at the moment, it will return to normal shortly.

This Avatar problem has now been solved, but unfortuntely it does point to some underlying problem with the server...

That problem is being investigated further.

Avatars are great fun and there's a brilliant selection on this forum (best ever, nigel! :thumbsup: ). It's your little personal picture thingie that appears under your name. You can choose one from the gallery or use your own pic. Click on your own name and then 'avatar options'. Good luck!
