I've just heard the sad news that Arnold Mortimer has died in Kent.
Arnold coursed with the Whippet Coursing club, the East of England WCC and the Wooly WCC.
His 'Hall of fame' coursers were Silver Harrier who was a top puppy in 78/79 and followed this as a top dog in 88/89/90
and his other quality courser was Jimanica Jaguar who was a top pup in 86/87 and top dog in 80/81/82.
Arnold was also Chairman of the WCRA for a number of years
