In my homework hoovering around books, dog papers etc. it's been disappointing to see how few IG classes are scheduled. Even at Championship shows!

The North Scotland Toy show, which I was going to visit, doesn't have a class for them either :(

And where they are scheduled in Ch show they often don't have CCs. I presume this is because they are a breed small in numbers? Are the major IG classes normally at the English shows? It's wonderful that I can meet some Ig people at SKC (!!) but there are no IGs scheduled for Border Union?? :(

(looks like I'll have to convert my car to a camper-van   )

There are just the two shows North of the border that offer tickets.

The majority of IG owners are in the South and Midlands so I presume that the tickets are placed where they will get a better entry.

We always try to support the Northern shows if the judge is right.

We went to Scotland one year with 13 dogs, three people and a prevailing wind in my Astra Estate and stayed in Bed and Breakfast ;)

Dinner was quite late and the host offered us a drink, gratefully accepted on an empty stomach  I cant remember to this day what we had to eat, I think it was nice.

The biggest laugh was taking the dogs out to the garden at 4am in various states of dress or undress depending on how you looked at it. If only there had been a camera :D

Happy days
