Had a few lads over from England and Scotland years back,as we used to go over there the odd time too,for a bit of coursing. They thought our hare's were a faster, and more agile hare mate.Used to course the blue hare in Ayre, with a couple of mates who lived there years ago.Deer were also on the take back then.Nothing beats a good run in rush land, where the hare comes into his own, with a bit of cover to we've through.Makes the dog work for his purse.Suits a dog around 21 to 24 inches, who can stay a bit.Believe it or not,a good fit whippet x greyhound, was as good as you could get,if he/she,could stay.Robert.Did you look into that insurance thingy any more.As im thinking of giving that place a run shortly,to see if i can work out a plan to remove a few hundred bunnies of it,for a big 6ft freezer.Have been offered a few long nets.milliken said:they run very well mate there as diffrent they are a lot darker than the brown hare but if you look under a post a bit down from this one you will see some of your brown hares i find they run as well as the brown
