I could do with a bit of advice if any ones been in a similar situation.
A solicitor was supposed to be exacter of a will as one person didn't get one with the other 2. no contact was made to the 3rd person (we will call the rd person tom) for a few months since a letter was received saying the house was going on the marker to sell and be split 3 ways.
After hearing nothing for weeks. Tom saw the solicitor and was told the house was now in all 3 persons names Toms dicks and Harry's and they were no longer executors that they had handed it over to tom dick and harry. All so Dick had moved into the house had taken it off the market and was doing it up before selling it at a later dates as this is what dick and harry wanted. Non of this Tom new about till he spoke to the solicitor ad everything all ready been done. nobody contacted Tom but Dick told the solicitor he had been in contact with tom and everything was agreed
All tom wants is his share of the house as it was valued less expenses and the dick and harry can do what ever they want with the house Tom wants this last tie broken with them so he can cut all contact can he make them ether sell the house or give him a 3rd of the price that was agreed when the house was going on the market. Is there away Tom can just get what his mum wanted him to have and get away from them. Surly Dick and Harry cant do just what they wanted go against the Will Tom just wants it over with. Does anyone have any advice or ideas. Tom has signed nothing and doest know how they can get away with go against a will. Hes left with his and there names on the deeds of a house he just wants rid off.
