Met up with Debs, Tracey, Annie and families last Sunday at Lytham St. Annes.

Bit of a cold, grey day, but we had a lovely time. Thanks for the invite...it was lovely to meet you all, and it's the first time I'd visited Lytham.

Some of my photos...just a quick selection (Not used to tying out action shots..my two never run around):

lovely pics  it was great to meet it was very cold !!! look forward to the next one

That looks good. I like those houses right by the beach!

looks a great place to meet up and walk together, the beach must have wondered what had hit it!!

Very atmospheric!!!

It did look chilly but the dogs certainly enjoyed their time there :D

How these photos brought back happy memories for me. My dad and I used to run our dogs along there most days and then road walked them back as far as Fairhaven Lake. My dad told me that the people who lived in the posh houses were so rich they had grapes on their dining room table even though no-one was ill :teehee: How I wish I could have joined you for your get-together and how lovely to see whippets on the beach.

Glad they brought back memories for you Jenny. I like your recollection/story about the grapes..how times change! :)

Enjoyed looking at those Nicola - and it's good to put some faces to names! ;) I Like the one of Annie's dogs by that jetty thing! Shame the weather wasn't as nice as it was on our Lyme Park walk the previous day. But looks like you all had a lovely time in spite of the dull weather.

So lovely to see lots of whippets/lurchers together....looked liked a great day out...

I love to see beach photos...compared to field/country photos just for a change.
