Well, I'm after some reassurance... Jimmy has started leaving what we think is one or two very small spots of wee after he's been lying/sitting around. He's never done this before in the almost two years we've had him. He doesn't make a noise or move to indicate he's done it, it's just when he gets up, there may be a small spot left where he was lying. When I say spot, it can be a little spot smaller than the size of your small fingernail, or slightly larger about the size of a fingernail. The most he's ever left is two spots. We don't do anything other than dab it up when he's moved, there's no telling off or anything like that. He is weeing out and about as he always has done (poo is the same too!) and is drinking normally too, perhaps a bit more due to the hot weather. I noticed one of these spots a few days ago and thought nothing more of it, but he's done it a few times today. He's walked three times a day, and has a quick outing at around 9pm for a pee as well, and we're out the following morning at about 05.50 (he did cut short his late morning walk today, there was aloud bang due to nearby building work that scared him so he came home and only had one wee at this time). Coincidentally, he had a health check at the vets on Monday and everything was fine. His behaviour is unchanged.
Can anyone explain what might be causing this? I'm hoping it's a blip and will fix itself and I'm getting concerned over nothing... Thanks so much for any advice.
