Well Josephine is turing out to be a bit of a liability. She doesn't really know how to interact with people and has NO idea what a house is and why she shouldn't go to the loo on the carpet, jump on work surfaces/table or take whatever she want when ever she wants.

I am seriously lacking sleep as I have had to sleep on the sofa down stairs to monitor what is going on in the kitchen (and stop her howling so OH and neighbours can get some sleep). -_-

The good news is that she is very gentle and is becoming very affectionate  , appears to have figured out that we're her people, though she definately prefers OH, and is great with other dogs.

In the house she comes immediately she's called and knows what NO means, on walks she doesn't (yet).

What lovely pictures, I love the ones of her on the dog bed  Im sure she'll soon get the hang of things and become the perfect girl

she looks lovly always wonted a ruff coated but most of them make me sneeze so carnt have one :( . We have fosted a few lurchers that have no social skills in the houes or with people. take them back to basics as if they were an 8 week old pup with everything and dont be to soft and they soon get the hang of things. even down to houes training taken out every hour for a day or 2 then every 2 hours for a few day she will soon understand whats expected of her.

She's a beautiful addition to your lurcher family. Hope she improves with her house training. I'm sure she'll start to reward you for your hard work soon.

Lovely photos - and what a fantastic home shes got now - she looks like she will fit in just fine.  well done for taking her on.
