I think 8/1 is pretty good odds. And a trophy. (w00t)

I presume the rest of the money is to cover overheads. Having organised a few charity events in the past (admittedly not dog racing) I've found that overheads can soon eat into any takings.

I'm gonna give it a go. You never know the hound might just come good on the day. If not, £10 (5 pints) down the drain :wacko:

i think this is quite reasonable as these folks who travel up and down the country with fuel costs and to keep these events goin and they have to live ie eat, washing their clothes, feed their own dogs, just my opinion all the best rich :thumbsup:
