An update to the 2004 judging list

We still do not know SCCA; Belfast; Leeds; NEWS and understand there may be 2 judges at Windsor but we only have one named

Belfast Has not been decided as yet, the original choice was not approved by the KC.

Wont be at NEWS this year as Richard is judging locally(ish) and probably won't be there next year either <<G>> although we do like the NEWS show.
