    Puppy Sitka is now 15 weeks old. He has loved the snow this week, running and jumping around in it, not feeling the cold. He overdid it yesterday though and flaked out immediately on getting home. He ignored his favourite caterpillar toy and even his arch rival.

    Does your dogs' name have a significant meaning?

    We got our puppy (Husky/Labrador cross) two weeks ago and couldn't agree on a name. He looks much more like his husky dad so we got a list of husky names. I picked 'Sitka' (which is a town in Alaska) as I work in forestry and Sitka spruce is the #1 tree in UK forestry.
