    Exactly what I have done for all my lurchers, sewn the rabbit pelt onto the training dummy, I find it helps with the retrieve getting them use to the fur for soft mouth retrieval.

    Buying a new puppy

    There are plenty of lovely young and old dogs in rescue centers that make fantastic family companions, I've always had my terriers from such centers and have never been disappointed, reasonable priced. It's worth a look first I'd say you may be surprised. best of luck.

    For the past 35yrs I've been feeding my dogs a BARF diet, which consists of twice a week raw fruit, vegetables and seasonal salad mixed meal, the other days just raw meat and bones.
