I am sorry to hear about your problem, it sounds as if your puppy needs some help and relief.
This sounds a bit like a begging post for financial help, what help are you asking of us here?

Hello, welcome.
I am sorry to read about your problems. There are often easy methods and remedy's to help overcome a lot of troublesome problems. @JudyN has suggested a raw feeding diet, this could help resolve your problems, but not all vet's will agree. Please read this attachment; Myths...
I would agree with @Tinytom and offer your puppy some quality wet food or the easiest product for such a young puppies tummy, would be raw meat. I have never used lamb milk on puppies but Goat milk is easily accepted and consumed without any tummy problems, either milk will be digested with more...
Difficult, just very difficult:oops:
We have had a couple of the working type border collies. The first was my husbands full time companion while working as a gardener /handyman, and also stock person for a small beef herd of 40 cows. She worked with the cattle and did everything required of...
Regards the Arthritis.
We have an 11 year old Cocker Spaniel who was diagnosed back in the summer with arthritis in a front shoulder (our dogs work in the shooting season). To my horror the vet prescribed Metacam to be used whenever required.
Straight away she had Metacam for 2 days only, and...
Oh yuk! @JoanneF That's very strange. It had gone through my mind, what about different animals but it is only the windpipe! In the deer it comes from the voice box and down to the lungs and heart complex with no fat involved just plenty of gristle and tubes as it gets nearer to the lungs...
Eden plus Lily's sounds like a fair exchange and stick to natural treats.
I use a lot of raw trachea's, they come with the deer plucks that we get, I would not say that they were fatty at all.
Could you still allow her raw bones, rib bones would be great.
Please remember that treats always have...

Ingredients are; (Cereals 90%,) 30% of this is whole Wheat, Fats, Animal derivatives and various sugars.
It's no wonder she gets the squits. I certainly would not blame the Raw meat products, it is more likely the treats...
Puppies need freedom of movement and loads of puppy play, they will rest and sleep when they are ready, please do not restrict natural movement and activity. These timed exercise instructions are, as already mentioned for regimental hard surface/pavement walks when a puppy is on a lead.

I have just quickly "Googled" this and it appears that it is an extremely painful injury and can take a long painful time for the injury to repair. Other injuries can result in the long term without adequate medical advice and treatment.
Poor doggie:oops:
I would speak with your vet about...
I am not sure. Most animals are quiet sensible about what they should pick for eating or not. I have "Googled" the question and this is what I found.

Maybe it depends on what type of poo the dog produces.
If it is large squidgy and very stinky type of poo, I don't think I would want to put my hand in any poop bag, no matter how thick it may be.
If you are picking up the firm poo's I see no reason for a poop scoop.o_O
As @JoanneF has mentioned...
I would suggest that before you start trying too many remedies that you get back to "Honeys" and ask again about their products, explaining about the remaining head problem and what suggestions they may have.
Everything needs to be given time to work but too many shampoos and topical skin...
