No chance for a big Labrador then! We travel through Europe by train and quite often hear cats being transported. There was even one on a harness having a little stretch!

Oh the poor girl - Den does that sometimes if he’s feeling poorly. He’ll just go and stand in the garden and he won’t come back in when I call him. Hopefully she’ll be feeling better after her injections x

Are you able to take lap dogs on to the plane itself rather than the hold? I’ve seen a few celebrities doing this (May be that they’re business passengers!)

Worded wrongly. ‘The why is this person Beneficial to this forum’ implies to me that one time posters should not be allowed on the forum or unless they bring something ‘beneficial’

Of course and I totally agree but sometimes I think everyone is very quick to jump in and say ‘no you shouldn’t have a dog’ if that person says they have a job or live in a flat. I lived in a third floor flat and raised a dog perfectly well.

I’m not saying that you shouldn’t give your opinions but for me there is a way of doing it. why should this person be banned from the forum for asking a question you don’t like? Or for asking it elsewhere? If they keep going back and forth with replies you don’t like then why are people rising...

Just to add... Sounds like this person has no idea about dogs at all so maybe everyone needs to be a little less on the defence with their responses - most people here are dog owners who have had dogs for years but that isn’t the case for everyone and so there may be questions where you think...
